How do I get a Mimatar lvl 3 agent when I am Gallente?

i assume you dnt have a minmatar agent but a gallente to begin with.
Do missions for your gallente agent till your standing to the minmatar faction is higher then 2 (it will rise automatically).
Then dock at a station which has a minmatar agent which accepts on dock. Keep doing missions for him until he refers you to a lvl 2, do misions for that one until he refers you to a lvl 3 agent from his corp
simple plan, just a lot of missions needed

ahhh, so just fly to mim space when i get mim faction of 2.00 and dock at a station eh? cool thx. Saves me alot of time creating a mim character and doing a ****load of missions to get a lvl 3 agent.

I've recently started on a quest to get lvl 3 agents with each of the five races (Amarr, Caldari, Gallente, Jove and Minmatar).
Currently I'm part way through my quest - I'm getting my faction standing high enough with each race to get lvl 1 agents from the races I don't already have agents with.
I'll try to post a 'how to' guide once I've achieved this immediate aim, as well as any tips I pick up on the way.

I have a minmatar lvl3 agent but want a gallente, how's the lawn?

There are also NPC corps represented in the entire (empire space) galaxy; Core Complexion for example, is a corp belonging to the Minmatar faction and also represented in Gallente space. Check for lvl 1 agents close to you and who accept on dock. That's how I got my agents belonging to other factions.
http://www.eve-ig.com and the ingame agent info lists of the various corps, combined with the map, make for a very handy system.

You still have to do ****loads of missions.. the agent you get will be a minmatar level 1 agent.. then you need aprox 30 to get a level to agent..then another 60 to get a level 3 agent.. then who know how many to get an implant and a bp...
If your social skills are low maybe it will be bether to create a new pure mission char with all the agent skills possible.
I have a Caldari char that i want to get a minmatar agent.. I have 2 choices..
1. Get my self a concord agent and boost my minmatar standing up to 2.0 and then go and get a level 1 minmatar agent
2. Create a new pure agent minmatar char..
Im not sure but i think i will go for option 2. also for the sence of maybe cuting down the number of missions in order to get BP (my caldari char only got social 4)

just a side note on the core corp. If you are going that route Id stay away from the ones in gallente space as theres just a couple lvl 1, a lvl 2 and a lvl 4, probably not going to see a lvl 3 referral out of that area. Theres some in amarr space with 2 lvl 1, 2 lvl 2, 2 lvl 3 and a lvl 4 within a jump of each other, and no other ones within referring distance that I could piece out. Thats probably a better place to start.
