I will be able to fly one of these in <25 days so i'm wanting to know from the experts, which one is better suited for PvP?
I have a bit over 1 million sp in Drones, 2 million in Gunnery and just under million in missiles. I also have all of the fitting skills at very nice lvl 4 and lvl 5 lvl's now and it's time for me to really pick a path to focus on.
All help appreciated.

If you plan on flying a HAC, just make sure that you can use T2 tanking equipment as well as T2 weaponry.
If you plan on flying this ship solo, I'd say go for the Ishtar as it is just plain mean.

For sniping, Eagle (caldari).
For hit and run, Cerberus (caldari).
For anything else, Ishtar (gallente). Youd need to train up your drone skills though.

Thx, yeah I can use all T2 equipment at every slot, but my Guns which i'm currently working on :( So i'm getting close.

Don't need guns for an Ishtar, just stock the highs with nos/nuets.

Nothing much. It's not as versatile for 1v1 as the Ishtar... it simply doesn't have the mid-slots. But, if you are in a gang, a Deimos is a far better wingman than an Ishtar I think. What is pretty scary, an Ishtar with a Deimos for a wingman (assuming both are good pilots).
I can't say the same for other dual hacs, Eagle and Cerberus, Zealot and Sac... but both Gallente HACs offer a ton of damage output and a ton of ability for other aspects of battle, EW, ECM et al.
A prince ought to have no other aim or thought, nor select anything else for his study, than war and its rules and discipline...

The problem with the deimos is that you need excellent fitting and gunnery skills. Plus, as a drone user, I'm obviously partial to the ishtar.
