I have heard rumours that none other than 'Yak Yak Binks', an apparently illegitimate and faulty clone of the notoriously inept Jar Jar (an obvious inherent family trait), has been seen flying around Amarr space in a Bestower ... 
If true may I suggest the exercise of extreme caution when attempting to approach such a dangerous and demented character.
Do not fall for his simple and friendly greeting "Mesa called Yak Yak Binks. Mesa yous humbule servaunt.", and beware the deadly "Woah, yousa guys bombad! Wesa tinkin, youssa Minma not so special as yousa cra-cked to be liken early Alpha stages." as it it most likely a precursor to a befuddled and fumbled attack.
