It certainly seems a shame so many end up suffering for the apparent actions of so few. If a Goon (or really anyone in similar situations) came to you and said they had learned their lesson, or they are trying to distance themselves from the actions of others, or even that they had been relativly unaware of the situation until recently, and just wanted out, what would you (and to a larger degree, BoB) do? They would post a thread about it.

I suspect an extreme jealousy of our success, combined with epeen envy and irrational bitterness may have created some bias in your posts. Enlightening words follow. BoB winning on the battlefield was always given, the fact that they aren't even playing as one entity anymore was not. They had the potential to do a lot more and for a lot longer; we prepared for the big long haul because of this. A token fleet of 80 pilots and some ill-concieved roleplaying alts are nothing compared to their XZH attempt, which goes to show you that any notions of GoonSwarm unity for this war is a mere facade. Remedial's speech is quickly approaching legendary status, much like Ragnar's unique brand of diplomacy. And in true canonical EVE form, I dub any motivational attempts whose outcomes are the complete opposite of everything intended as "Remedial Solution". Any CEO who wants his corp to become an utter failure should employ the powers of the Remedial Solution, preferrably while wearing Ragnar's Hat. As a an outside observer, the only conclusion to draw from the manner in which this thread has progressed is that GS is on its last legs...

Regardless of that, however, the only people who appear to be bitter or otherwise irrational in the two-way street that is the BoB-Baun relationship (to the extent that there is one) are a select few BoB members. Everytime I post I am met with irrational hostility and called names even when I am not even posting anything remotely negative about BoB (see the EC-8PR lag posts as a good example). Hell, I even talked to Blacklight about this and he seemed to agree. The simple fact of the matter is that we are sitting in a region you supposedly own killing everyone who lives there and I have 2.5 weeks until i have to stop playing for a fairly long time. I want to shoot you guys again and I was expressing disappointment that it did not appear that you would be returning in time to meet my deadline. There will be no discussion of kills/losses in this thread, please stick to discussing OP. The Conclusion The GoonSwarm 0.0 Industrial Backbone has been smashed with very little real resistance. The removal of GoonSwarm as a 0.0 entity continues. All too easy. dbp sighs Once again I'll say that sensible business decisions and weakness are very different things.

Gankers in YZ would qualify under the term "status quo", and if its not Celest, its somebody else. If you really wanted some public limelight, like in the good ole days long past, you should know how to do it. Being lazy isn't one of them, sadly.
