As the title says, . I've no idea why this is happening now. Here's a pic of what happens.
The 3d graphics (i.e. ships, space) not the user interface (i.e. text/object list/market windows etc) flicker. After it randomnly flickers it suddenly switches into the above image. Notice all the planets etc are converged into one focal point? It's like the client has zoomed out to an extreme level of overlooking the solar system or has made some weird focus. Now, the only way I can get rid of it is by docking or undocking. This reloads the graphics. Things I've tried to resolve this are,
-Reinstalling. Done nothing.
-Checking my hardware. I've checked my cpu and gfx card temps. Theyre fine.
I've no idea what to do next. As i said before, it was working fine on the same client build and now its not. Please help it's driving me insane. I cant play the game like this.

As always, for graphics issues try updating your graphic drivers.
If your using the newest ones, install the version previous since the new ones might be causing the problem.

I have tried changing my gfx driver because theyre the same ones that I used when it was working fine. I'll give it try, see what happens.

Changing the gfx drivers does nothing. Any thoughts?

I've just had a similar problem after my pc started to turn all flaky on me.
My screen was fin e apart from no ship and persistant warp tunnels.
I downloaded the latest Nvidia drivers for my aging fx5600, which didnt help.
I then re-installed DirectX 9.0c direct from MS and that did the trick...
Maybe one or more of my DX files had been fritzed..
Maybe its worth trying the DX reinstall route to see if that helps.

Anyway, re-installing directx9c seems to work. Thanks for the help.
