Loana as far as I'm concerned your 715m bid is the highest within the specified auction timeframe. As I had not bid before the auction end time I am not eligable for sniper rule.

Ok u got me confused, i thought sniper rule : Last bid + sniper rule time ...I did bid at 21:53 so it should be 21:53+another 15min and u did bid within that time frame. ..lol..

Im pretty sure it's last bid time+ sniper rule time, to ensure others still have time to bid on that particular item.
ps: Btw where is that seller? lol
