Climbing fast and I have not even entered the field. Why dont we just announce our limits and let the char go to the person willig to spend the craziest amount, without actually having to spend it? 
The new norm for char selling is 120m per 1m SP, but this char is over the 200m per 1m SP mark! Amazing!
At any rate, my limit I'll pay is 4.5 billion...but I'd rather not go that high.

4.5 is a bit much for a character that's this far from carriers. I don't know if I'd be willing to go past 3b.

Wow, I got lucky. I only had 2.75b isk and I had no way of getting more. Well, should I consider myself lucky though? 2.75b for a 11M SP char is the highest I've ever seen for such a low char.

Actually, I owe you my thanks. I misremembered his skills and was thinking he had cruiser 5. I only wanted him as an Ishtar pilot, as I've got a carrier pilot cooking now.
2.75 isn't too bad, since you can probably get 4+ for him in 2 months or so, once you get carriers trained.
