I doubt CCP have enough influence to stop ebay with the sell, if they could they would have banned / asked ebay to stop selling things on there by now.
The question however is, if this is your alt char... and your logs show you "give" someone your miner 2 blueprint in 3 days when the auction ends (if this is indeed your alt char) then.... BANNED!
It wouldn't take a genious to work out it was you that made the sale and you that posted to advertise it...

to obtain this bp legit requires upwards of 250 missions ? this is going to be a solid few weeks of work.....
so the question here is do you want to spend several weeks to get this bp or instead pay a hundred odd dollars.
it a matter of choice...some people have time to spare some people have none.
some people have $$$ to spare and some people have none.
i do not see anything wrong with a corp chipping in 10$ each to get this bp.
dont see why people should get so vexed.
