Please could someone on the Dev team have a look at this?
Here's the story.
Over a week ago, I logged in to find that Meb was missing all her implants.
The strange thing is that she had them when I last logged off in the same station and that she hasn't been podded for several months ago (those lovely FZN boys  )
I immediately petitioned and figured that it'd take a few days to get seen to, despite petitions usually being handled relatively quickly.
Several days later and I hadn't even received an acknowledgement. I wrote a polite addition to my petition in the hopes that someone had just overlooked it.
A few days on and STILL no acknowledgement. I'm beginning to feel like I've been ignored. I write another addition, still relatively polite, and leave it another few days.
Again, no response what so ever. Just over a week gone from the first petition (probably 2 now btw) and I'm being ignored. I write a slightly less polite additional letter to my petition (note how I'm not sending in multiple petitions) asking for a little support.
Nearly 2 weeks since the first petition and I've had not support at all. No-one's contacted me to say they'll look into it. I'm neglected completely.
You can check your database. There's absolutely no record of pod loss in over several months (despite war targets probably trying) and there's no other explanation for ALL my implants, 5 attribute and 5 hardwiring, disappearing over night.
None of these implants were faction or anything, but there was a +4 charisma implant and one or two +3's. The implant loss kind bothers me, but the time I've lost in skills is becoming unbearable.
And to top it all off; the implant loss; the skill time loss - I'm still not being acknowledged.
I've been civil in all my petitions in the past and I've usually received a good degree of tech support, but now I feel completely ignored. Please address this issue, someone?

I have an ongoing problem with my implants not showing in the XML download file, I petitioned it but after a few days got told all looks ok from there end but months later I still have no reply to my question on why I cant see the implants. Not as serious as your problem as I can see them in my character info online, but annoying all the same.

Actually, I'm having the same problem with an ignored petition. I'd recently bought about 68 million isks worth of nanotransistors and came back after a rather extended downtime to find the nanos gone. I petitioned (about 1.5 weeks ago) but have not had an acknowledgment either

You may have noticed (as in: reading other posts in the forums) that CCP currently has a significant backlog with reimbursement petitions like these. Therefor it can take several weeks before you receive a reaction to your petition. Filing multiple petitions DOES NOT HELP to alleviate this, but will only increase the workload.

Yeah figured as much about the workload. As I pointed out in my post though, I haven't filed multiple petitions, just updated the one I've filed.

I'm just wondering if I'll get a free skill trained when I finally get my implants back, in compensation for the time lost because of my reduced attributes (no... I didn't get a chest reduction  ).
Atm, I'm losing nearly a week on the long skill I'm training so it's quite severe - we're not talking ship or module replacement; it's implants and time lost. When your subscription takes a lot outta your meagre pay, it makes a big difference when you don't even get a "we're looking into it" or something.
On new petitions however, I've got a third harrassment petition to file too  . Damn isk selling website promotion *****s

Anyway, they'll answer the petition EVENTUALLY.
Took me something like 2 or 3 months to get a response when I petitioned for an Eagle I lost to a disconnect (Tranquility doesn't like me), but sure enough, they answered.
