Harsh experience has taught me how nasty the Xenobytes and RAT crew are. Also, having been on the same side as COL, I know how mean they are.
I also know that I have never once seen ASCN win - their HED-GP gatecamps never caught me (no idea how to set up sucker bubbles) and I have watched them get spanked over and over and over again by the AAA guys, even when it was just me watching COL + friends in E3-SDZ. You'd have thought with 4000+ members and gangs of 200+ they'd be able to deal with 800 people, but no, even with an 8:1 blob they get beaten every single time - so perhaps, ASCN/AXE, you should win a little more before smacking about how AAA use exploits etc. You have everything on your side - numbers, money, equipment, high-end ore in safe space, hundreds of outposts, access to a lot of 10/10s, compared to AAA.
It totally reminds of the US Army in Vietnam - richest military force in the world (ASCN), but totally unable to dislodge a bunch of hairy guerrillas (AAA.)
Prediction - in 3 months time, when AAA are done with Catch, there will be a full scale invasion of ASCN space; and when the carebears start getting ganked deep in Feyth, they will leave in droves back to Empire.
...Of course, none of this is any of my business any more. I don't live in the South any longer. So please feel free to disregard my post.

Yeah.... it's not like I wasn't actually THERE or anything.
This concept of "having a clue" confuses me... what is it when you actually see something happen over and over again, with your own eyes, confirming every bit of "ASCN are worse pvp'ers than ISS" smack you've ever head? Is that having a clue?

To be honest, this thread is exactly like 98% of the other threads in this forum, the only thing that changes are the names of the parties involved.
All the "Yes we did" and "No you didn't" threads don't really matter.
Personally, I think you win a campaign somewhere by taking over the territory of your opponent, or frequenting the area enough so they can't undock without getting a facefull of various ammunition.
For instance: I've always had a lot of respect for the BoB guys, even with their forum tirades they go in and clean house while on the offensive.
AAA has some very good PVPers, I certainly acknowledge that. Some of their sniper fleets are just scary to go up against.
For the guys putting down Creamster, I've found the guy to be a damn good FC. I can't count the number of times he was able to get his gang into a prime position while we were at a disadvantage, and he was always able to disengage with either taking light or no losses. (I'm sure there are ASCN spankage sessions out there, just as there are AAA spankage sessions vs. ASCN, I'm speaking in general terms)
That being said, I haven't personally been anywhere in space that I've seen AAA doing any questionable tactics.
(Other than Zelota trying to cyber me in local in SV5, I can't post the chatlogs, it's painful to see)
For the most part we've gotten some good fights in HED and around thereabouts, the AAA guys pretty much do the same as us.
If they have less forces, they safespot and try to pick off stragglers. If they are even, they wait for a good opening to bring in a fight, or they go somewhere else. If they outnumber us, they dangle for a fight. All pretty much the same as we do.
Personally I've had some good fights, almost no smack, and logged off at the end of the day feeling like the last couple of hours were worth spending playing eve.
When I check the forums, I feel like Eve is a gargantuan waste of time sometimes. Certain people on both sides act like idiots, say "we're better than you", and I feel like I never see anything productive.
Leave the forum smacking to the kids and newbies. If you've got over 10-20 mill SP, you've been around long enough to know the only thing that matters is results, and having fun while doing it.

Again, I have not PERSONALLY seen any of that stuff. I'm sure there's doccumented stuff they've done. I just haven't personally seen it.

You cant kill a BE ship without outnumbering it 5 to 1 because they won't stay scrambled long enough to pop otherwise.

Our stats come from our killboard. If its innacurate you can report it to Rig0r and we will loose our kb. The only time a fake mail has appeared was when an ASCN guy posted it and it linked to us.
You completely ignored my question.
Have AXE ever beaten us? Can you name 1 time?

Everyone knows it is way way easier for a smaller pvp force in EVE to score kills against a larger force.
A number of mates went North recently for a roaming operation over a week or two and at the end of it left with an average Kill:Death ratio of about 50:1.
Are they the pvp gods of EVE? No, just a reflection of the fact that any small, moderately well organised group is going to do relatively well in a target rich environment.
My prediction is that the larger AAA grows the worse its performance will be as size brings its own vulnerabilities.
I admit that Xenobytes are very good pvpers, for the rest, take away the T2 long range ammo and its nothing we haven't seen a hundred times before for the most part.
As for your prediction, tell you what I will make a bet with you if AAA take over and hold for 1 week a single ASCN station in the next 3 months I will give you 1 billion isk. If they dont you pay me the same. Deal?

No. Its because if we were to engage in long range low risk sniper tactics against you we would get precisely nowhere because your tactics mean you are not vulnerable to such tactics
