Well, what do you guys think of CCP's petition service these days? I think it's a lot of wack!!!! It takes weeks to get a petition solved, (i hope) If not even month's What's up CCP, not making enough money? Get it worked out, or I will resign this game!!!!

I already canceled 2 of my 5 accounts because I lost alot and I'm sick of it. But they probably dont care as they already got over 2 years worth of monthly money on those 2 accounts.
And now I'm waiting on another reinbursement pettition that has gone over a week so far.

Problem lies mainly with the reimbursment category, seems everyone wants everything reimbursed these days.
Of course we are bringing in more GMs, but that takes time to recruit and train.

Yeah allright, but we are paying customers with problems, and we like to get them solved. My game is stuck at this point, since i don't get any reply back, and tbh, i am not paying this money just to be put on hold. I understand your saying, hope you understand ours aswell!

I swear this is my last reply..
the thought process is certainly, Loose ship, click petition, cry forums.
i lost a 300mil sleipnir due to lag this week didnt petttion as personally i thought i dhaould have warped before trying to deal with it. theres 20k + actie players all dying on a regular basis then hitting the pettition button.
to wrangler and the others on the dev/gm team albeit the Pettitons have become kinda hoerrendus and we also go through thie everysumer I think that CCP have lost their sense of humor with them.
every pettition ive put in I think forst and try to justify it. *see todays weird pettition. but in the earlier days CCp had a small sens eof humor and you could pettition in char and with some light comments. but now all you want it specific and to the point. i certainly have noticed a change in the dev responses recently i guess ytou guys have too little time nowdyas.
fly safe and i think GB and gl.

Problem is, since i got your attention dear gm :) I've suspended my account om februari, this year. And recently logged back in again. I have placed a navy Megathron on escrow for a friend, but he never claimed it. Now he didn't since when i check my finacial overview, nothing says there is an escrow claimed, plus i trust him on this one... So where can this ship be then? It should be bagged in station somewhere which it isn't. Since i am new again to this game, i rely in the fact that this situation is solved. It's nearly a billion isks's involved in here. Hope this will sorted out.

As I put in another thread, I've never had to do a reimbursement petition, but I have had to do an exploit, harrassment and billing petition recently.
The exploit had a GM respond in about 20 minutes in one of their cool little frigates. The harrassment was taken care of in about 45 minutes. The billing one took a few e-mails, but just a couple hours to resolve.
All of them were taken care of to my complete satisfaction.

Yes, it's mainly the other and reimbursement categories that take a few weeks, the others go a lot faster.
Also, please remember that you have to petition, posting here or anywhere else on the forums won't work.

I did, but i hoped, and thought that doing this here would make a difference.(post on the forum) I understand your reasoning Wrangler, and i know you can't help it. And maybe we all are victems because of the growing pains of Eve, who knows? But it's a real pain in the buttox to wait this long. And i am not talking about a 100 million isks ship tbh. Thnx for your attention btw.

TBH, I had a petition being answered within a minute this week Petitions take time and the more people send in bogus petitions like that guy who's stuck in a pod deep in 0.0 the longer it will take.
I only petition when I KNOW sometiing is a serverside problem (haven't had many of those) or when I report isksellers. -----------------

That would be so wrong :P I've never claimed a ship i've lost on own mistake, since I had A) the funs to repay it, and B) don't like people who want to use every exploit to gain richness in a game. Guess i am an old fanashiond guy!. But WHEN i loose a ship, which i am not aware of my own involvement, I respect this game to be just as any offline game, and replace my loss. Since this game is based on rl strategy, gone is gone!

How about have a max expire time on petitions to like.. 20 days or so.. after which you can decide to post it again or delete it.

Well, loosing capital ships to bugs suxx, they are NOT cheap but that isnt even the biggest issue, they take a lot of work and even more calender time to replace.
So... fix some of the bugs making ppl need reimbursements, that would also reduce the queue. Im pretty sure that a lot of reimbursements come from the "You cant do that while warping" bug, thats has been in game for over a year now... why that hasnt been fixed is beyond me :/

simple.... because some people when they get blown up choose to blame the game rather than their own stupidity or lack of skill.
Never filed a reimbursement petition on any of my characters, and proud of that fact.

assets, search, type in plastic, break it at it's location or repack remote to unwrap it, though it may take a few minutes to appear in the latter case.

There is also the fact that a lot of legitimate reimbursement pettitions are generated by extremely rare and nigh untraceable bugs.
I had one the other day where I was blown up inside the bubble of a friendly pos by the POS guns, which were off.
Still scratching my head on that one.

The day CCP do this is the day they open a huge can of worms. There are going to be people that have waited longer than you. So posting here does not mean the GM's will go ahead and bump you to the top of the list. That is not fair to those that filed petitions before you.
I think the real problem is that some peole get the impression their petitions have been forgotten after so long. From what I have heard the GM's have a list to get through and must select the next in line or something like that.
It is like call center work in customer services. A friend works in such a place and he logs in to his terminal, and clicks a button to bring up the next in line and deals with it. I would imagine CCP and the GM's have such a system too as it is pretty much a standard.
Alos, remember, reimbursement petitions take time because they have to check logs to ensure the claim is genuine and that they can reimburse your ship under their policy. (And the terms you agree to when you play) Otherwise hundreds of people will get free ships if they just clicked 'yes' to everything and that would suck even more. I would love to have a Thanatos with a full bay of fighters to tell you the truth. If the GM's worked like that I could have one buy now for free.
On that note, a lot of people try this on, or are mistaken about their missing goods or simply don't think they lost a fight 'fairly' and petition anyway. This wastes the GM's precious time too and it is these people that are the problem in the long run for all of us. ------

It would have been nice if they had created a seperate category for the reimbursements involving that little "Server not creating new items now" glitch from a few weeks ago... Sucks losing a couple hundred mil in capital skill books that can only be trained now if you pay double, or you can wait a month for them to reimburse you.

So being blown up in a perfectly setup ship doing a mission and the server crashes with no recent lag or problems what so ever, it is due to my own stupidity or lack of skill that it happend and I lost over 160m worth of items?
