What is the best power diag and cap chargers on the market? If someone has any to sell I would be interested.

Best PDS I have seen in game is still the PDS I. I have yet to see a looted one that goes beyond it's stats. There is a loot one with a silly name that has the same stats. As to Cap recharges, I believe the "Barton" Something or other is the best Mid slot recharge, and Cap Relay 1's still dominate the low slots. Sure the Cap relays reduce your shield recharge by 20-25% but who the hell relies on Shield recharge. Most people just top up with a shield booster. Who's cap usage is quickly recovered via the Cap relay I's anyway.
I have managed to get my Megathron down to 215sec cap recharge on a 5k+ capacitor and that is not even using all 7 low slots for Cap Relays. Sure my shields would take about 16hrs to recharge on their own, but hell as I said that is why we have Shield boosters :)

the looted energy grid upgrades have reduced fitting reqs... only really useful if you Need that extra 1-6 cpu...

Best cap recharger for med slot is a eucretic or something.

I've got the Eutectic II Capacitator Charge Array. (medslot)
These are the stats:
11.6% cap recharge rate bonus
8 tf
3 Mw
---
Cap Power Relay's and named versions both 'do' the same (good for cap, bad for shield), but the named versions use one 1tf less cpu. And the cap flux coil, which suck.

The dropped versions of the PWDs seems to be based on the basic PWD, which seems like a bug to me(or an oversight)

there are 2 types of PWD ingame now. "Basic Powerdiagnostic System" and "Power Diagnostic System 1". the PWD 1 is twice as good as the basic version. and of course modded versions of them both exists. the same goes for RCU, "Basic Reactor Control Unit" and "Reactor Control Unit 1"

but all of the items listed in that are not ingame right now. most techlevel 1 items are
