I've had a petition outstanding now for over a fortnight. And still no response of ANY type.
How long should this take? Not only have I lost 150+ mill of implants I'm losing a BUTT load of SP whilst they take their time to not answer it.
I wonder if I can then petition my petition to get lost SP back from their non-answering ?
I lub this game to death ... but WTF, I think a fortnight is long enough for someone to actually look at a petition ...

Yeah, I've actually got an open petition from two weeks ago as well. After the first week, I added a note saying I was annoyed it was apparently being ignored. =X
Fortunately, my matter already resolved, and I didn't really lose anything. Still, such a long wait for a response is puzzling. |

I'm afraid posting here won't get you an answer any quicker, the best sollution is to update your petition (don't create another) and see if that grants you any response. If it is a reimbursement-petition, the waiting time is/can be quite long.

If this was a implant loss from clone jumps I would suggest using a exploit *petition (as the games exploiting you :P)
I would imagine that a gm's not likely to bump your skill points up because of this problem (but I guess it depends on the gm and their rules)
*Edit - I wouldnt recommend using exploits, but the exploit petition :)

Well I am on the 21st day with no response of any kind. So it is probably going to take a very long time.

I also have a reimbursement petition in and it has been 2 weeks with no answer so far. I lost a ship with all faction mods that I recently invested all of my money into. I was doing a lvl 4 mission and warped out since I was running low on cap. While in warp and even after I landed at the planet, I was getting shot until I finally died. I had like 500k in my wallet and I havn't been able to play since. I've been playing eve for a very long time so a lot of thoughts have been running through my head. I hear it takes over a month to get an answer, so will a month that I have payed $ for be reimbursed to me? I am thinking of course not. Why don't they change the reimbursement process. Have an option for pvp losses or mission losses. Lag or no Lag option. These ideas may seem dumb but when you have not played in 2 weeks due to having lost all of your funds because of a bug then this doesn't seem so bad. Anything to speed up the process. I know I screwed up by rolling all of my funds into one ship, but not being able to play for over a month due to a bug is rediculous.
But to answer your question... Be prepared to sit back for a few weeks wondering if anyone is alive on the other end. I guess they will answer some day. |

Over 20 days now without any answer from my Reinbursement petition , lost over 145 mil... Hopefully i will get an answer in due time =/.

am glad you mentioned that.. I been waiting over 3weeks now for mine to be answered & even tho I know the Gms are doin there best with the faults we have had lately.. I read u must send a note to the gms within a Week.. to get ur ship back etc.. even tho I been waiting over 3weeks thats oks as long as i sent my petition off the very same day my lost happened yes? il send you guys 2 crates of beer if It helps move things along quicker hehe ;)
