Do i have to get my lvl2 agent's faction standing to maximum to get lvl3 one. Or do i get it randomly.
Having to maximize faction standing would mean 170 more lvl2 missions  , bit unfair i think.

Please be more specific when asking Agent questions - there are many variables.
When you say "faction standing" are you referring to:
Agent's Standing
Agent's Corporation Standing
Agent's Faction Standing
I believe the only one that has to be maxed is the Agent himself - the others do not necessarily have to be topped out in order to receive a referral (though I gather it helps).

usually by saying "agent's faction standing" i mean "agent's faction standing". My standing with gallente federation is 2.34 and if it has to hit 4 i'll most likely lose my interest in agent missions (icrement 0.01/mission). My agent's personal and corp standigs hit maximum 40 missions ago and only advice people have given me so far is to do some more missions(some=?)
yah, anyway it's a bit frustrating to hear that some people get their lvl3 agents after 65 missions or something and i have to do like 120 (or more, dunno yet) |

I got my level 3 agent on about my 65th mission, agent standing of 10 and corp standing of 4, fraction standing of about 2.7ish (not to sure). I dont know if there is a point when u get the mission for a new agent, it might be random, sometime after you reach a certain point

"Agent's Faction Standing" is ambiguous - it could mean "Faction Standing With Agent" or "Faction Standing With Agent's Faction."
Clearly you were talking about the latter. This does not need to be maxed in order to receive referrals. The former, however, may. I have never received a referal before my "Faction Standing With Agent" was at "Exemplary."

Faction standing is quite specific. There is only one thing actually reffered to as "Faction" and that is faction. There is no such thing as "Faction Standing With Agent" that is called "Agent Standing." Capt. Suicide was being perfectly clear...

BTW, I finally got my lvl3 agent yesterday. Just wanna say that it seems to happen on perfectly random point (or is scripted). |
