Impressive stuff!
Similar to some of the official titles that CCP have been producing. Slick editing, good use of camera effects like shake, blur and zoom with some interest filters in there for good measure. My main reservation is that despite a moment of build-up at the beginning the rest of the piece is explosion after well-synchronised explosion. Personally I like a little narrative to keep things going; especially if it's a recruitment video. Other than that it's very good indeed.

Premiere 2 for the composition and After Effects 7 for the wobbly bits. :)
