Hi LeMoose, That much BMs will slow your P&P a bit, but since there is not THAT much BMs in 0.0 (MUCH MUCH less than in Empire), it would be acceptable. As for your main question about ordering all 0.0 in such short notice, I could squeeze your most wanted regions before the dreaded 5th september...but maybe not all the 0.0 Regions.
