There seriously needs to be a kick option for shareholders. I cant get this guy out of my corporation, and until i get him out of my corporation I wont be able to complete my merger with Oberon Incorporated. There has been a petition pending for almost half a week, and my last resort, a vote to kick him out, inexplicably failed even though the vote was 1-0. So I am stuck here, hoping for someone to answer my petition.

How do corp mergers work? I thought mergers of corps was not possible.

Put up a vote to have that member expelled. once vote is complete and everyone votes to expell you will then be able to boot them.

Had the same problem here a while ago - if anyone has ANY shares, they can resign but ya can't kick them out.
And as long as they are a member, ya can't dissolve the Corporation as they remain and are by default the new ruling CEO. CEO The Cinnaban Order "Dedicated to a Free Minmatar Republic" |

Edited by: Fencer on 11/10/2003 06:27:25 if it is a matter of only you 2 have shares create 2 alts. have both join corp. you can aprove them in. if you are ceo then you issue shares to your 2 alts. then you vote him out 3-1. make sure you have removed all his roles so he cannot do same to you.
is a simple but effective way to do this. My alt hates me, I don't know why. he won't even talk to me anymore |
