Is it normal behavior to have customers waiting for 2 weeks+ for GM's to get on the case?
Where would one post such greifances on the forums? We're all adults, hear me moan! The Tech 2 Lottery is rigged, In my favor!

Its because for every valid petition, there's 10 that are just wasting the GM's time. They have a backlog of over a month and the fact that its summer isn't really helping.

It varies depending on the type of petition as well.
Issues such as harrassment or players actively pursuing exploits tend to get the top priority. If staffing is sufficient, and it is considered a bad enough offense, they can be dealt with in under an hour.
Billing/real money issues are also fairly high in the priority list.
Reimbursement of lost equipment is probably the longest wait. For every genuine problem there are probably 30 "I got killed, but had warp core stabilizers, I want a new ship", or "I am in a pod in 0.0, and have implants. So I can't leave without dying, and I want you to move me to empire" type sob stories that they have to sift through, investigate, and generally just annoys GM's enough to make them not hurry to resolve.

I normally get very quick replies to the petitions I sent, even when I'm a bit naughty about the petition type. Ysterday I had to wait 2 hours, which is longer than I've ever had to wait, but I wasn't bothered by it as I was cutting corners a bit and it was a very difficult problem.
Reimbursements however, yeah they'r gonna take eons. But that's because people fail to take responsibility for their own actions and problems and will always try to whine and petition to get ships reimburesed they lost under the stupidest conditions.
Looking for a corp? INCH caters for mature players, VERY newbie friendly |

And if your petition involves macro miners, just stop right there and don't waste your time.

Just to give you an example of the slowest type of petition; reimbursement.
I lost my ferox when my client locked up. was doing the last level of a mission. when I managed to log back in (after a comp reset), all that was left was my pod.
raised a petition (about 5-6 weeks ago). Got a reply yesterday, gave me a new ferox and some of the T2 mods i lost. Takes a while, but you have to think of the number of petitions for this type, plus the usual idiots who just raise one to try to get free ships. Was pretty chuffed to get my ship back tbh

Im still waiting for a response to my petition I put in on july 23rd from when ccp had that bad server restart. I put my freighter in a named escrow and it got lost in cyberspace. All I can say is be patient, They will get to it when they can. having to deal with legit problems and removing the bs petitions has gotta be a real pain in the assets. I just hope I wont have to wait too much longer for a reply lol.
