God sack! That I call support. We have no chance than fill other petitions when we does have problems with game and we need help from GM. Does exist some privilege players who can comunicate with live people and not getting answers out of band or automated responses like:
Quote: Suggested Answer
Due to the extreme load we are experiencing at Customer Support, we have not been able to answer your request. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you and we want to thank you for your patience.
We can assure you that your request is waiting in line and will be processed as soon as possible.
If some of the information below might have been missing in your request, we recommend that you send us all information, which you think might help us solve the issue to speed up the process.
Below are some examples of what this might be:
1. Hardware problems: Detailed info on your computer specs. (Preferably use the DirectX diagnostics tool to acquire this information)
2. Game play problems: username. (if you are not sure whether this is relevant, please include it anyway)
3. Reimbursement requests: location (such as station or system names) and as exact time details as possible.
More detailed instructions can be found <answer_xref id="476" text="here" />
Please note that filing multiple requests on the same issue will only slow down our service.
Thank you again for your patience!

Since I didn't notice anything relating to this:
Have you tried waiting a few minutes after sending the petition?
You know, the automated message is just that...GMs actually need time to read the petition... _______________________________________________________________________

Edited by: Pruzkumnik on 11/10/2003 11:50:55 When I get this automated response I'm sure I will get withing 48 hours this e-mail which say because I didn't update my petition it will be closed:
Quote:
Recently you requested personal assistance from our on-line support center. Below is a summary of your request and our response.
We will assume your issue has been resolved if we do not hear from you within 48 hours.
Thank you for allowing us to be of service to you.
THIS DOESN'T MAKING ANY SENSE IF I GET ATOMATED ANSWER ABOUT Due to the extreme load...
Edit: Sorry wrong alt used, but it doesn't make any diference. CCP petitions suck when I need help ASAP no answer will not help me.
My statistics is 10 petitions past two months were unaswered or closed by automated system. I got zero (nada, nothing) support from GM.

I was being sincere. I feel your pain. I'm sure the person answering video game petitions early Saturday morning feels some sort of pain too though. It's all a matter of perspective. ----------------------------------------- Sig rented by Drethen Nerevitas. |

Well, sure Engrish would be relevant if you were under the impression that the original author was Japanese.
On the subject, we really do need a correct "other" option. Theres nothing more frustrating than for instance having an item disappear and then have to file a question. I sure as hell don't expect the automated system to answer my "Where did my item go?".

I wasn't refering to them being asian. I was refering to the comical grammatical errors like can be seen in this image. Notice how the error makes it funny? The problem is jokes aren't funny if you have to explain them. ----------------------------------------- Sig rented by Drethen Nerevitas. |

The automated answer is a good function of customer support. This lets you know your petition has been entered into the system and will be answered as quickly as possible. It helps players keep track of what is going on with their issues.
Remove such a message and you can just sit around wondering if your petition has even been received. Personally, I want to know it has been received.
The format could use some fines to make it sound a little more presentable. Otherwise, it is just that a response from an automated machine.
Give it time, I am sure it will come around eventually.
