Well, here is BAUN's Corp Description RIGHT NOW: 25-17
...those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance up on thee. *Friends of Stain Alliance*
I thank you for makingmy job easier. A know pirate is a "Friend" of STain. How typical. Make sure you include that in your next anti-pirate excuse thread about CA.

Give me a break, we didn't know they were pirates when they started helping us. As soon as we found out we broke off relations, I would hope they would at least take off the "friends of stain" in the description.
If not there's not much we can do about it at this point other than kill them if they come back into our space. Not much else we can do.

Look here, give me a break. I never pirated a day in my life neither did 80% of the CA members. Yet, we are labeled as pirates and bear the brunt of an unholey crusade.
My point is see how easy it is to have misconceptions. Do I think Omega is a pirate corp, no. Is CA a pirate alliance (the very idea is faulty IMO) no.

Let me make this very clear. Omega Corp abides by our own set of standards and code of honor.
If OC were to discover SA sanctioned piracy against civilians we would denounce such actions and make sure it was addressed within the SA council. OC will not be a willing party to such things. At this time everything we've seen and experienced within the SA are honorable and we uphold it and will defend it to our last ounce of blood.
Can any of the SA corps honestly be labeled with the piracy reputation that so many within the CA have earned? Not even close...
We have personally experienced the pirate raids on SA shipping prior to the current war. The blockades in Catch by the CA pirate corps are not new to this war. It has been going on for a very long time. They can simply do it now with the war as an excuse.
We also fully understand that every corp in the CA are not pirates however they are harboring, working with and defending known pirates and enemies of SA, FA and nearly every other corp that has encountered them in the Eve universe.
I believe that the "former" pirate corp members that "wanted to remain pirates" and left to form other pirate corps are nothing more then shadow corps designed for PR while being funneled funds to continue their piracy while the primary corp and alliance is shielded from retribution behind smoke and mirrors. Impossible to prove but I have learned to trust my instincts...

Duke, this is beneath you.
Quote: Let me make this very clear. Omega Corp abides by our own set of standards and code of honor.
As does the CA, as per the very public constitution that Sarkos made available.
And yet, what has happened?
The CA is labelled as a pirate alliance because of the past actions of some members.
One ally of the CA was found to be have pirated, and was expelled.
Now, one of your allies commits acts of piracy, you distance yourselves (as is right and proper) - yet we should not treat you as you have treated us?
The situations are the same.

I could make exactly the same comment towards you.
And yet, CA *must* be an alliance of pirates, and Stain not?

Please. That really is baseless. Comments such as that do nothing but cause anger and invite abuse - there is no need for such inflammatory words.

You could pursue them with the same zeal you show towards Sinister.
In fact, given OC's comments, I would expect you to be even more aggressive in seeking their destruction, as they are actively pirating, and Sinister are not.
The ball is in your court on that one - I would hope your actions match your rhetoric.

No, of 100% corp sanctioned piracy by these known pirate corps that are now within the CA.
Quote: The situations are the same.
Then name the SA corp that has earned the piracy reputation in the eve community as SINC or the Red Corsairs. SA did not form an alliance with known criminals as CA has done.

No, it's called knowing human nature.
