This is a character auction. Last time didn't meet reserve, so now he's back with 3 million skillpoints more and even more awesome.

Excuse my ignorence but if the reserve is 11.5b what is the point in putting in a bid below this rather a waste of time and resources?

there is a reason
putting starting bid a lot lower than reserve means it gets a few interested parties in to the auction,which is valuable information for the seller
i got my really really excellent industrial /sci /.mining /hauler with 39 Mil SP for 9 bill
what i am trying to say is the seller is selling at similar prices as other recent auctions,so let it be and if you love the char go for it
if not wait for another

Thank you DOGNOSH. You pretty much said it like it is.
Also, keep in mind, as many have said before, a "reserve" is a very loose statement. At least it's not hidden, in which case I can reply to any amount anyone offers as "didn't reach reserve".
Anyway, I'm glad this auction is off to a start. I will entertain ingame trade offers also, not limited to isk. Not interested in any character exchanges though. No ingame bids, please post them here.

Come on guys, this character can easily be the industrial backbone for a whole corporation. He's has been a great source of income for me for a long while. There is so much he can do for you...
I'd just like to reiterate, that "reserve" doesn't mean "will definately not sell below".
