Do you think Siigari Kitawa is using HelpCorp United as another scam similar to his/her Voice of Redemption scam?

For the uninitiated what was the Voice of Redemption scam?
The only thing i recall about Siigari Kittawa is something about his previous corp making lots of noise on the forums about anti-piracy in Providence, then getting a kicking from the pipe pirates and bizarrely turning in to a pirate corp (may have some of this wrong, feel free to correct me).

You know Siigari...the pirate, the scammer, the aspiring movie-maker, the self-important backstabber. Oh yeah...and OMG it's a dude!!! Etc, etc. (sounds like a few others I've met)
To be on topic...my answer must be:
NO.
If anyone ends up scammed in HCU then it is on them for NOT doing their research thoroughly before joining up. If someone feels that they are without sin around here and can cast stones accordingly, then by all means continue to bore us all with anti-Siigari advertisements.
Bottom line: I don't need a chap with a chip on their shoulder to tell me what I should watch out for around here. Considering the source, you'll pardon me if I just don't find that kind of help genuine or sincere.

I didnt hear about that scam plz fill me in. About the IPO of Help corp united I owned some shares in that and then I sold it back to him without any problems, my m8 to. Seems like a nice guy but if you have reason to suspect him plz post why!

Why do YOU care so much about Siigari/HCU anyway? Were you one of the ones who DIDN'T do your research and now you have a vendetta against someone due to your OWN bad decision?

If I get scammed it's MY fault...no one elses...MINE. Until Siigari gives me reason to walk the other way, I'm fine and happy with HCU.

After she spat her dummy out in Providence, started a war with TRIAD and generally was an incompetent fool running Dawn Of Chaos (potentially, that could have been a great corp. But just announcing you having a POS in an alliances space tends to get there back up). I second Choas100's point that she and her corp are not welcome in Providence, and raise that I'll pod her if I ever have the misfortune to get close enough to fire. I'll at least allow the corp a chance to leave before the shooting starts.
Incidentally, it's a her. Unless theres some jovian bioware or caldari cyberware of dubious use installed down there.
But, what are these scams? I'd be intrested to know.

Please allow me to step in on this. Considering this is probably a bad idea, I'll speak my mind once and then be done with it, so don't expect any replies from me here.
I am really having some trouble finding myself right now in EVE. There's a lot of stuff to do! I do know this: I am in the process of getting my sec up to 0.0 again because I represent an entire corporation. Just because I am a pirate right this second with a bounty on my head and a really low security rating (currently at -3.0) doesn't mean the rest of my corp members are.
I need to raise my sec up to start representing a good corporation.
Next, lol, 12 billion isk, eh? That's more money than has likely ever passed through my hands in EVE. People that know me ingame know that I'm usually fairly "broke," hovering somewhere around the vicinity of 50-100 million isk with only one battleship to aide me in my plot against the galaxy (lol). The scams that you speak of were not actually ever scams, but more the fact that I was drifting in and out of EVE at the time due to real life. The "mysterious disapperances" of Siigari were actually related to me moving around in real life a few times and trying to get an internet connection where I could. Fact is NOW I am living by myself in a very nice one-bedroom apartment and am stabilizing to where I will be able to get in EVE more often permanentely.
To those from Voice of Redemption: I'm sorry I disappeared on you guys, and I'm sorry about all the crap we went through. Call me a CEO in training back then. :P
To those from Dawn of Chaos and their allies: I really, really miss all you guys. I see a bunch of you still playing and it breaks my heart that I really messed that corporation up, mostly due to the fact that I felt pushed around by some of the larger corporations. I tried to give so much control to some people in my corporation so the corporation would be sucessful while I'm not online. But the simple fact was, if I wasn't around shouting "let's mine!" or "let's do a complex!", NOBODY DID ANYTHING TOGETHER! Do you know how frustrating it is to have a goal and then not have people make what needs to happen happen when you aren't around?! OMG!
To those in Providence: I'm really sorry that I ****ed so many of you off. I know that was a long time ago and I wish that maybe someday we can all get along again. As it is right now, I'm looking for corporation friends and allies.
To those in HelpCorp United: I love ALL OF YOU. But, we need to start gaining our focus and get involved more closely together for operations. That's all, you can read the rest in our forums :P

One of these days I'll hire a proof reading long limb roe. They can't be any less reliable than my current minmatar slaves proof reading staff.
Either way it works. You made a lot of enemies, and I dpn't wnat them to come round looking for you. There likley to shoot everyone they see, not just you.

Well, I met Siigari Kitawa today... The female dog robbed me on a contract scam for 1.2 billion isk, thought I was purchasing a Freighter and it was just a note created from freeform contract. I petitioned it but to no avail, it was a fare theft of my property. She is a thief, I believe everything you said Maximal Damage!! Siigari also stated " Hear about the guy that robbed BoB for hundreds of billions? Thats' me, My alt... You never had a chance! " I just have to say I am boycotting this player and any players in her corp for known theives!!! Siigari Kitawa =

Siigari Kitawa also robbed me today,,, I feel so stupid for not checking on her in the forums before excepting the freeformed contract that she created for me. She convo'd me in Jita because I asked in local if anyone had a Large Amarr POS with 2 months fuel that would be willing to deliver it to low sec. She said her alt would meet me 6 jumps into low sec with the items and when I got to the destination I set up Celeste Kitawa was docked in the hangar and had a freehand contract set up and it looked totally legit. I ask why not just do the trade and she stated it was so that ccp may have a record this way and the other way ccp would not, to keep ccp form thinking that she sold isk or items for cash. Well, I was happy and eager so I aggreed to the contract and pressed proceed. Bam... My wallets empty and nothing of the contract in my hangar or in my belongings. She then said to me " So long sucker, Dont feel so bad, it took me almost 2 years to rob BoB of over 700 billion and 30 minutes to take you for 800 million.. Be glad I didnt take more from you chump! " well I will join you in your boycott and Maximal Damage..I bet I kill Siig first!!!

OMG I was hoping this wasnt true !
Story - over a year ago I returned to EvE after being gone 2 years and I remember getting wardecked and I was the lead FC for the industrial corp i was in and I was a noob at the time.
We got wardecked by a couple guys in a corp then another guy wardecked us and I wanted to retaliate and get the corp i was in to go kill them off since it was only like maximum of 4 pilots aginst our industrial corp. Then all the sudden sigari convinces my ceo to help us move to another space to be safe lol I didnt think we needed his help but he kept in insting and then tried to get us to join his alliance - corp I bet the ultimate goal was for us to join his
corp. I thought it was a scam form the start and i ordered one of the pilots on a secret mission to gank him but my ceo found ou about it and called it off but in the END we never joined them or anything the rest of us kinda knew what was going on.

Worse I've been scammed was losing a faction frig and 60mill to the same lowlife. Was shocked for one full nano-second, plotted my revenge for about as long. Then I realized, it's just another part of the game dynamic and I'm glad to have experienced it at least once.
Scammers, corp thieves and pirates all suck, but it adds to the experience and I for one am happy that they're there.
Like I said before, if it's a bit too much for you to handle, there's always the penquin game where the snowballs do 0% damage.
