Both toons have roughly 11 million skillpoints and come with a +3 set except charisma
Starting bid: 1.5 billion
Buyout: 2.5 billion
Auction ends on 21st August 2006 @ 23:00 EvE Time
Names of the characters will be sent to the winner.
Names consist of one word and are fairly normal (e.g. no numbers etc)

- Amarr HAC + tech 2 mid/low slot fitting ability (2 weeks away from tech 2 med lasers)
- Gallente AF/INTY + tech 2 fitting ability

I take the 1.71 was a bid?
And to answer your question: Yarrbear is located in empire at the moment but in low security space [has the regional g2g bookmarks]. He has 3 jump clone installed, in case you need to get out of the implants.
