All TRADERS be aware: Fenian of Aztec Industries claims to be a respectable trader pretending to deliver T2 items and Capital ships and components.
DO NOT trust him, he is a scammer, also in the scammer list Ghandi
If you have any Scammer name you would like to be constantly published on an official list feel free to send me ingame mail
Send only name of well established players, old accounts or recidive Scammers.
There is people working on tracking down scammer's main accounts and corporations they work for and they will not limit their investigation tools to ingame issues 
Now Scam me please...

Thanks for the info. Any details on the scam they are trying? Names are good of course, but it's easy to make a new alt. Come to think of it, a sticky with a list of the most common scams might be a good idea.

I know it is easy to make an alt and start it over, however this account i am referring to are pretty old and they exploit this age in order to be believable trader on T2 items and capital ships in particular, beside Fenian has been created in june 2003.
Young alt are less of a threat on a large scale scam.
Think of it this way, big corporations ask for a fee in order to produce a capital ship which they ll promise delivery in 2 weeks; now what if they sell the same ship to 100 people?
How long would it take them to stop the scam? these kind of scams shall not be seen as indivdual attempt of selling a piece of carbon as charon or whatever lol
They are getting into the industry as know-how of a new very profitable way of scamming big corporations or alliance..ruining at the same time the real need of serious industrial corporation of investing the pre-order cash in the process giving them the oxygen they required to be more competitive and reliable.

If they can produce capital ships then they dont need a deposit from you to make it. They can always sell it on ship channel, escrow or market.
If someone asked you for 5mil to build u a BS would you pay it up front?
I'm sorry for your loss, next time I assume you will use more caution and less trust.
