HELP! I just bought a manticore and I have no idea how to set it up. Can a Manticore solo in 0.0? What kind of missions can it do? So far I got cloaking to lvl2, but I plan on training it to lvl3-4.
Help me please

Good job - you bought a really expensive ship that is useless for PvE, not meant for missions/ratting, and you dont have the skills for it.

Well now I plan to do courior missions with it. Still learning how to fly it. Any tips you guys can give me flying through 0.0 space?

Tips for flying through 0.o
1) keep local chat open in a seperate window
2) if someone is in local, and is hostile/neutrual, try to avoid that person, if you see him, cloak
3) don't talk in local
4) know what stations are in system
5) don't get podded

0.0 tip: those bubbles are NOT the result of soapy water.
Manticore. Stealth Bomber: paper thin, rubbish DPS but excellent alpha strike. Especially since you got the only SB worth getting.
However, it is a very expensive ship to lose in PvP, and in complexes there are usually clouds and other random objects that prevent you from cloaking.

In my experience, you can kill rats at 100+k and they won't really try to do anything. However, you can't loot them and breaking BS will take forever. Also, this is the worst courier ship in the game unless you mean in 0.0 because it warps like a BS and moves like a cruiser. If you use it on the off chance that you hit a gate camp in 0.4-0.1, well, with your skills and lack of knowledge about the ship it won't matter because you will die anyway.

if you're going to go through the effort to get a cloaking ship to run courier missions... at least get a covops ship instead of a bomber, and save yourself a lost ship and cloak everytime you go into 0.0.

Put an T2 AB and hardener into, warp in an cloak as fast as possible.
on range :) kill the rats, they will die fastly.
With hardener the manti can tank, but you will need to be carefully.

The NPCs wont activate tanking unless they lock and aggress something. That means you can kill 0.0 NPCs with ease in a SB if u pull it off right.
