Sorry for the gushing, but i can't help it.
A few days ago I was about to cancel my sub after seeing many negative posts and trying to wrap my brain around the game.
So I'm still doing lvl 1 basic missions, got myself into a Slasher, got my learning skills going and though I'm nothing special, i'm having a friggin blast!
I love the options of getting to choose various weapon types, and ammo, and asking myself "should i train shield upgrades now or hull?" or "wow that ammo rocks but it's velocity percentage isn't so hot" and "oh man i can't use all these fittings my grid can't handle it i'll have to learn that skill too"
I just can't wait to get into another month and start to figure out the game more (before i join a Corp, I like to at least learn stuff on my own first without getting it handed to me).
That's it. Just wanted to express my excitement and love for this game and it's only a week!

I agree on all you said and me to on not wanting things handed to me, it kinda takes the whatever out of it huh?
Yeah I left 7 months ago cuz I ciould not sit in a chair and play but then I figured out how to lay in bad and play, haha I love the relations between player and corp and etc...
I like to make alts and start all over and it is more fun each time, but I always got my main PC too.
