The game is here to let you play a space pilot in a fictional universe, to conquer territory, to amass wealth, to build grand coalitions. Not to use the tools to grief/scam/drive people out of the game. That isn't playing, that is just pathetic. Go fight a war, go change the nullsec map, go DO SOMETHING USEFUL instead of sitting here and trying to marshal the forces of Goons/CODE against a single highsec PvE player. It doesn't make you look good, it just shows deep psychological issues that need treatment.

That paragraph is obviously paraphrased by who ever made the transcript, but regardless of that, he is talking about how it is now, that doesn't mean that concord will respond after changes, again you are assuming.
