Why is it taking so long to answer petitions. I have lost an Apoc and sveral skill books due to Market bugs over 4 weeks ago! I really need my ship and the skill books. This is way to long to respond. This kind of customer service would not fare well in the real world. Very Frustrated multi-acount custermer!

I lost a Capital Ships skillbook to that same bug and still haven't got an answer. Makes me sad :( -------------------------------------

The game ran out of item tags or something and things you bought weren't appearing. Even after relogging or the server downtime to fix it. -------------------------------------

Depends which catagory you filed it under. Other petitions are answered slowly, because there are so many of them (mostly reimbursment probably) and they aren't ranked as highly as some of the other catagories like.. billing or something. This doesn't mean you should start putting petitions in the wrong catagory though, that just slows them down and the petition is deleted for being in the wrong place anyway.

If you think that is bad, Our corp lost over 750mil worth of station equipment, ships, materials, ship equipment and fuel when the servers crashed last week and for some reason (gm said it was a bug) our shields and guns went down (we are in 0.0 space). Someone was flying around and scanning and located our station with it defenses down and took advantage of the situation. They destroyed everything but the actual station itself. We petioned and all we got was a "hurry up and wait" response. Seems this game their ethics are getting worse by the day. I'm wondering how many hundreds or even thousands of accounts are they loosing because of all these sudden server crashes they are having lately??? I know I'm real close to putting all my stuff in one container and blowing it up and telling ccp to kiss off.

Actually the numbers are going up..
You people need to not blame ccp, but blame the kiddies that have been playing for 1 week, jump into a ship they spend all their isk on, dont insure it, then file a reembursement pitition cause they " lagged " when they went into low sec to " try it out " and got blown up, then only got default insurance.
These are the ppl that need their asses kicked.

i too have lost items on that day due to the item ID's running out...i bought stuff about 5 mins before the message came up saying the server was gonna reboot... vagabond + muninn lost :( well wasnt lost as such cos i never recieved em after paying for them from market
