I'd like the ability to, cancel "warping" when the warp drive is active, at any time along the flight.

This idea comes up about once a month. It is bad, adds nothing useful to the game, removes an element of preparation and makes it too hard to catch someone who is stabbed up.

Not this bull**** again.
Put bluntly, if you take a ship out of FTL speed in a non gradual manner (current method is gradual/scaled to ship) it would completely **** the structural integrity of said ship. Furthermore, I don't want to have to hire a janitor to scrape crew member parts off the inside of the hull because the inertial dampeners could not keep up with the sudden jolt of being ripped from FTL to sunlight speeds.
Also, reported for redundancy.
