You have to buy another copy of the game (which kinda sucks) and create a new account that way.
I believe this is the only way. Am I correct anyone?

It is not possible to transfer characters from one account to another. Each account can have up to three (3) different characters, but they are attached to the single main account.
To train two (2) individual characters at the same time would require two (2) individual accounts. This also requires you own two (2) copies of the game. With the lower prices of the retail game and the free month of time, the investment is quite small.

If you buy another copy of the game can this be set up on your existing account for payment purposes i.e. same credit card. ?
If not do you need a 2nd e-mail address to register.
Can 2 accounts be run on the same puter off a single application install or a 2nd install in a different folder ?
Can you run game one on monitor one and potential game two on monitor two..
Any ideas..?

You can pay for both accounts using a single credit card and e-mail address. The program will also run on a single computer with a single monitor using different install directories.
There may be some performance issues and some users have had problems running multiple instances of EVE on a single computer. I have have been able to run one instance for live and one instance for development without fault, so I know it is possible.

7 accounts simultaneously, 4 on first comp, 3 on second comp. Same directory on each comp. Bit slow, but okay for mining.
PS I do have a real life, honest.
