From the EULA:

You may not encourage or induce any other person to participate in such a prohibited transaction. The buying, selling or auctioning (or any attempt at doing so) of characters, character attributes, items, currency, or objects, whether through online auctions (such as ebay), newsgroups, postings on message boards or any other means is prohibited by the EULA and a violation of CCP's proprietary rights in the Game.
It states "You may not transfer [...] any content appearing within the Game environment, including without limitation characters, character attributes, items, currency, and objects."
All of you that have used the 'Give Money' feature are in violation of the EULA.

You are allowed to read EULA more than once... Besides EULA regards real world issues

and you cannot transfer ownership of isk.... as CCP owns all content of the game (maybe you missed that part)

sadly, sarcasm & fatious humour don't always come across without the use of emoticons - and the EULA is referring almost exclusively (as it states) to doing this externally to EVE - it even mentions eBay
but, that's fairly common in MMOG's - sell your ISK/goods on an external website and it breaks the EULA.

I have seen (weather or not it is "leagle" is something different) on ebay when ppl are auctioning off their stuff there is a disclaimer in the auction that stats basicly this...."I am not selling anything owned by ccp. I am selling the time I have invested in this game". the quoted statement may be different. weather its legal or not remains to be seen.

That¦s their disclaimer to attempt to justify sales of ingame goods for real life money.
CCP think otherwise and if caught your account faces serious penalties.
