lol before DT today, i was on sisi happily shooting at POSes, now i try login and my account has expired ?? lol how unlucky.

Same for me... for some reason if the subscription is up for renewal then even if its paid up on tq it runs out on sisi and u can't get on... i want to get back on

accounts have not been changed on sisi. there was no mirror so there is no reason your account will be disabled. but i will check into it in the next hour.
edit : ok. you was both right, your accounts was disabled for some reasaon. i have reactivated them and you should be able to log on. i will check into this in the morning.

I really want to help with tommorow's patch, but as both my accounts were in a couple days' limbo during the last mirror, I can't log in.
It sucks you gotta be a constant subscriber in case you miss those mirrors Really wish I could help!

It's weird too because I paid my account up for 90 days in July so it shouldn't have ran out. I don't think it's the case of a mirror happening while your account isn't active on TQ, but something else.

Question:
Were all the users who are suffering from this "Account Disabled" problem also suffering from the Stuck In Authentication problem over the last 5 days?
Up until the 16th I could login to Singularity fine, from the 16th untill today I have been getting the "Stuck In Authentication" problem, and today I have been getting the "Account Disabled" message. Does this ring true to everyone else? or is it something less obvious?

It's wierd i reactivated my account a week or so ago and everytime i tried to get on Test it just hung around on authenticating before giving me an error...and i tried earlier today with the sam result...
BUT, i tried just now, and NOW i get this

To be honest, there is probably nothing that can be done about it, report it as a bug and hope and pray that it works on TQ. The Devs and BHs are going to be working like mad today to get this patch out and working on TQ, unless there is a specific problem that they want help with (in which case they will post in here or in GD) they will be too busy to deal with individual peoples accounts.

Weel, I for one am going to stop trying, it's obvious that they have no intention of doing anything about this, or even answering a 2 page post of people with the same problem.
All i can say is i am disspointed by the lack of even something as small as a response to this. Two pages of people with the exact same problem and not a word. if i were them i'd take down all these things that ask for us to come to test and help test things out, since it's obvious to me, they don't want the help.
And on a side note, To the DEVS i'd give some serious thought to never letting this kind of suport happen with Tranq, or you can expect this game to go the way of the Do-Do...
And I plan to keep bumping this post, because, this is sad, real sad. i can understand technical Difficulties, i can understand that they have been busy fixing stuff. But, is the 5minutes it takes to type a post saying "We're looking into it" really too much to ask?

My account has also expired and I cant log in to sisi.
I presume that the last time sisi was mirrored over from tranquility was 5th july (that being the time it claims my last login was; i've not logged onto sisi for longer than that).
Since then, I've had to put in a further time code to my account; I suspect that this might well be the cause of the problem, if that didnt also register with the sisi account as well as the traquility account.
I would quite like to be able to use the test server too, though.

i'm checking into this to make sure accounts arn't expiring on sisi. but odds are you are going to have to wait til the next mirror.
i also removed all the people that posted there usernames. not a good idea and you should really keep your user details private. i can get your account details from your players name

This is pure conjecture, and I am probably totaly wrong but sharkbait said two things recently:
1) SiSi will be re-mirrored when kali is deployed to it
2) In a reply to the "Dragon Server" post that was stickied in this forum SB posted "finished with this topic for now. new 1 in a few days."

Mirroring more often would possibly help, and keep the skills a bit more up to daten then about 1.5 month old stuff.
Buy the way, as a GTC user i kinda feel unwanted this way on the test server.

Before on SiSi, i believe on the mirror, ur accountt time was set to infanite or like 3 year end time or somthing, but i think they have changed that system. It seems to keep ur TQ expirey date on SiSi which until now has never happened to me. Most odd, maybe its cause i started paying with GTC and not splash plastic anymore.

To be honest, Sharkbait has posted more than once (in other posts) that they have NO intention to "Fix" this, you just have to wait for the next mirror and hope it's current enough to include your characters.
I'm not sure WHY Sharkbait hasn't posted on this thread, so i will. Look around on the first page of this forum, and the in a couple of the threads you'll find Posts about this VERY problem, and sharkbait BASICALLY saying,
"Too bad so sad, wait till next mirror, and no i don't know when".
Of course it would be nice if he would post this information HERE, but who knows why he has decided it's not worth it. My suggestion is to simply give up and wait, if they had any intention of fixing this problem, it would have been done 2 or 3 pages ago. My guess, it'll be MONTHS before we can get on test again and more and more people will end up with this same problem.
So how about it Sharkbait, can we FINALLY get an official word from you on this thread? My guess, no.

would be nice to have a hotfix on sisi for the time being by just removing the "TQ expirey date" line from the code, it's not gonna make that much difference, as TQ in its current state is buggy as hell!
