OK, so I've decided to join FW after spending a few months spinning ships and training.
If I was to join GalMil, what are the systems with the best supplied markets in lowsec that I can quickly reship and get back into a fight or continue roaming solo? |

As a neutral with docking rights anywhere, the best options in GalCal seem to be:
1. Eugales by far seems to be seeded now
2. Nennamaila
3. highsec options (Stacmon, Dodixie, Jita)
The FW guys will probably have better thoughts than that, but that's what I find anyway.
Easiest to fit and leave some ships around so you can get them if needed, but aside from that I usually find it easiest to jump out to highsec and run the gantlet of faction police (requires insta undocks once you get to pirate sec status).
But if you prefer to reship in lowsec, then Eugales seems to be a really well seeded market now.

Nennamaila, Vlillirier, Enaluri, Hallanen. Look where some of the larger corps are living and they will usually have a pretty stocked market. |

Solid list. Do NOT base out of highsec, it's not even an option worth considering.

When i was in GalMil i actually liked staging out of Tierijev. Calm, unpopulated Highsec system close to Tama, normal access towards Dodixie, and getting in and out of FW without gatecamps.
Since i'm not in FW anymore i thought i might drop this one now. |

Not a bad high sec choice, tbh. However, you weren't around when DiamondDog used to camp the Onatoh-Tannolen gate with his remote sensor boosting, instalocking Macherial. Not fun, and it was an quick way to wake up in your clone station.
High sec gate camps come and go, but if you live in low sec you don't have to worry about them ever. |

The Diamond Dog days have been a while. New gate camping pirate wankers have moved in, but they're mostly harmless unless you're an idiot. |
