I may not be online at the end of the auction so I will evemail the winner to confirm the transaction when I am on again. He is specialized in Hybrid gunnery and gallente ships. Gallente Frig, Cruiser and Battleship skills, ALL at LEVEL 5. He has also Caldari Cruiser and Frigate at level 5. Along with his gunnery specialization and 8.1 million SP in spaceship command, he can use caldari railboats very efficient. He also has Caldari BS at lvl 4 thus making him ready for the soon to come caldari tier 3 battleship (the railboat). Very good Drones skills to accompany his gallente specialization (T2 small, medium and heavy drones capable, for heavy you need to get the specialization skill at level 4. He already has Heavy Drone Op at 5). Currently training Drone Interfacing 5. Execelent PvP support skills: Electronics - 2 mil Sp (including advance Jamming skills for his Jamming ships: Scorp, Rook or Falcon) ; Engineering - 2.4 million (maximum capacitor skills and excellent Shield Skills) ; Mechanincs (maximum armor tanking related skills and armor compensation skills at lvl 4) ; Navigation - 1.5 million (minimum navigation skills at level 4) he can use a variety of T2 ships from both Gallente and Caldari: AF, Interceptors, Interdictors, HaCs, Recon ships, etc. Has a full set of +3 implants. The character will be in a beginner corp when I make the transfer. As the rules state, I will be paying the transfer fee. Auction Rules: Starting Bid: 3 billion ISK Reserve: 4 billion ISK Buyout: 6.5 billion ISK Increase by minimum: 100 million ISK Sniper Rule: 15 minutes Links: skills1 skills2 attributes

Nice try. Also no refund has been recieved hood petitions usually take awile to go through. So you have like 24 hours to send that char or its time to find another MMO to scam in =)
