Last night during the server issues Tranquility was having, I was unable to dock my tempest. It kept warping away when I neared the station. The server eventually was taken down, and upon coming back up, I relog inside the station in no pod or battleship. The tempest is not in my hangar nor listed in assets when I'm in that station. However, when I exit the station, the ship appears in the asset window as appropriate.
I thought perhaps this was a caching problem and logged in on that account from another machine. The ship was still not accessible or listed. I filed a petition, but am curious if there is a workaround in case it is not resolved upon server up today.

Ship is still not available in that station where it is docked. Even after patch and downtime. Please resolve... losing a ship to rats or pvp are fine even if it stings. Losing a ship to bugs and server issues... unacceptable. The ship cost isn't the issue, it's the mods on said ship that have me up in arms. |

I feel your pain. I lost a Mastadon with full array of expanders to this little gem of a bug. Same thing, couldn't dock last night and I kept warping away. My main was back in station with all gear, but my Alt is down her Tech II hauler.

In one thread about this server crash, one GM asked to file a 'Stuck' petition for this situation, they will resolve this ASAP (from what I have seen they fixed it within the hour for players that petitioned).
(Note: this only applies to players who get the message "Your ship is stuck, having a corrupt invItem.flag field. Sorry, mate")

The problem described above happened to me, too, in the Great Server Crash. I had two ships of two accounts returning together to a station to check in some refined minerals for a third account, the manufacturer. Neither ship was able to dock even though the status said, "Docking." After the crash the least important ship was in station but the expensive ship had disappeared. The pilot was in station with no ship, but no pod, either. I petitioned, but it's still open. Then tonight I noticed an extra ship in the hangar. I had borrowed a replacement from another player but now there were two. The lost ship had reappeared with all fittings and cargo.
