An idea for consideration and extrapolation.
Lets say CCP introduces a second star-cluster, as big as New Eden.
Let's call it Neo-Eden for simplicity.
Neo-Eden can only be accessed from New Eden by wormhole space.
The wormholes to Neo-Eden only allow sub-capital ships. No caps, no freighters, no orcas.
Jumpclones in Neo-Eden only work for Neo-Eden, same for our current cluster.

We get a New (=Neo) Eden, reachable from New Eden.
Or we get a New New Eden, which would remind everybody of New New York in Futurama.
Basically, what we get is the same game, split in half and all the capitals removed.
This can't work, simply because you can't balance people onto both sides. |

What you need is A new region, nothing massive. Have that connected to wormhole space. So you can bring in capitals etc. But you are limited to the wormhole mass.
Then alliances or corps can move into the new region and do what they normally do.
The difference is you will never be sure where you will be able to get out of the new system and are never sure where your going to breach into new eden. One day it could be hi-sec route through a c2 wormhole, and another day it will be through an occupied C6 wormhole into the middle of the drone regions.
Alliances in the new region wont be able to camp gates, and will have to be very self sufficient. Plus the added bonus of attacking forces once finding a entry to the new region could breach the new region anywhere. |

We'd get a great big w-space network...
And in other news, can you please write in Iambic Pentameter, Solsitce?

I really would, hell i'd LOVE to, but i don't know how. I've tried understanding tutorials of how to do it, but i fail to understand them because of "language barrier".
I believe i sometimes do it accidentally, but i don't really know.
Now ... why ... do you want that ? lol |

It's because you always do the line breaks in the middle of sentences. Metering what you write would work out perfectly.
And to do it, just have lines of 10 syllables, alternating hard and soft. |

I can't count syllables in english ... and how do i alternate between hard and soft ? ^^
I've read the wikipedia entry again ... it doesn't help me at all. *gg*
Yeah my line breaks are intentionally, but i don't get it right. |

A terrible idea made of fail and suck. People say things like: "Oh, you make so much money. What do you need any more for?" Well, actually, *****, I never asked for your opinion. I'll let you know when I have enough money. -Gene Simmons |

You'd get a new area of space that is devoted to building their own cap ships. To kill the enemy and break their toys!
It's not so much a mission statement,-áit's more like a family motto. |

I guess it's just a thing that comes with the familiarity of a language. Hard beats are the stressed syllables, you have to think like you're talking out loud to figure out which ones are hard/soft.
