In a locked topic of Dentara Rast/Kieli Rast/Cally he advertises that he'll help scammers scam, and does screen-fakes. So he could easily create a faked one.

Ehh? When HAC BPO's was introduced only 7 of each was given. Only the new ships like Recon Ships, Commandships got 20 of each.
And who cares really, I just want to know how he got his Deimos BPO.
