i filed a petition 2006.07.23 ... i know that there is lots of people in eve and the time ive waited for a reply, i havent even has reasurance that it will get replied .. how am i meant to play the game when the people making it cant keep a little pe****ion service up i mean cmon ...
CCP get it sorted cos its ruining our game!

I have filed two reimburstment petitions and around 5 harresment(isk sellers) since i have started playing. All of them were replied timely and in a satisfactory manner.

If petitions make or break your gameplay, I think we'd all prefer you just leave. And no, I don't want your stuff.
It would be better for everyone involved if people didn't think they were entitled to have their ship replaced becuase of any of a thousand reasons.
The way I see it, the people running the petition que have better things to do than to replace your ships because of "lag" or "I was in a mission and couldn't warp" or what have you. There are players that actually need help. You, are just trying to get a free lunch.
Yes, this is my opinion on reimbursement petitions in general. Yes, I think it's lame people even petition losses. You undocked. Anything that happens, upto and including your ship and pod being destroyed is an effect of undocking. Nothing short of a catostrophic glitch/crash should be petition.
