If CA were to be leave the game all at once, would that truly make even their enemies happy? If their was nobody to hate and no enemies in Eve, the game would be nothing more than a mining and agent mission simulator again like it was a month ago. Is this what the player base of Eve REALLY wants? It seems that everyone is jumping on the hate-CA-bandwagon. I want to hear the opinions of people in SA, and FA, etc. Please be honest guys. Happy trolling.

What makes you think people want them to leave the game? They just want to destroy their ships, disrupt their economy, collect their biomass and reap the spoils of war.
Incidentally, if "everyone is jumping on the hate-CA-bandwagon" don't you think that says something about the way CA and its corporations behave in the game and forums? Has to be a reason why people are so eager to sign on.

Edited by: kisula on 13/10/2003 12:01:11 Cant help but agree, the game would be a far poorer experience without them, and many would miss them. The engagements, and the cat and mouse aspects of pvp add an element of tension that fighting npc definitely lacks. I cant help feeling that if we werent fighting CA another enemy would have to be found.

as a member of FA I can say i don't particularly give a rats ass about CA, other then the fact they support and harbor SINC. I am not an alliance spokesperson, however I would be willing to bet isks that most of FA feels the same. SA I imagine has a different stance, as CA is in their "neighborhood" and they have to deal with them more often.

Don't quit CA, you might be losing. But to no extent in War someone has to lose. That has been the way war is so to speak as long as war has been around. The group with the most ppl wins, and the loser has to regroup, restock and reevaulate, do some tactical analysis. (During a call for piece)
So...don't quit please, you make it fun, just don't be a sore loser either, thats not fun.

Edited by: Xander Teg on 13/10/2003 12:13:53 CA is providing the content for alot of players right now. Someone has to be the "bad guy". Right now it is CA, and i assure you, as far as i know no one in FA wants them to leave the game. If you read the Top 5 corp thread you will find that Sinister has made the list of several people from the opposing side.

Edited by: Temujin Destovai on 13/10/2003 12:15:19 This is a game which lives and dies with its PvP, its corporations, its politics, flame fests, alliances and wars. These are as much a part of the game as your friendly neighborhood harvester drone.
People should not forget this.

Erm...I am in no way implying that CA is "losing". I also not saying that CA is leaving. This is a what-if scenario to gather people's opinions.
