Im a 10 mill sp pvp character and recently installed some cheap implants that add +1 to my attributes. I see now that they dont make all that much of a diffence and im wondering should i try and get +2 instead..

Look at it this way. if you make 500Mill a day PvPing, then you can afford +3's. If you make 100Mill a day PvPing, then you can afford +1's.
It's all about how much ISK you make vs how much isk you loose per day/week/month.
if you are PvPing though, I'd look at what skill you are training that week, and find the one implant that will help speed that training up the most, and get an implant for that.

If you don't want to risk anything more expensive, you should definately pick up some cheap ones. Every little bonus to training times helps. And while you're at it, check out the cheap hardwiring. You can get a whole head full of useful stuff for like 10 mil.

Get jump clones, then you can pvp all you want and not lose implants.
