This mission was evemailed to me as an offer:
Sooth Sayer Say Your Prayers
Offer Description I have some friends in the government that are on the lookout for some stress relievers, and
they don't mean aspirin. Help me get them some Sooth Sayer, say 6 units, and I'll pay you 265997 ISK.
This offer expires at 2006.08.31 10:20:32
Offered Item: This item is being offered to you by your agent:
269557 credits
Cost: The agent is requesting the following as payment for the item:
6 Items of Sooth Sayer
54 loyalty Points
Agent is level 1 Quality -17 Administration
I have been doing mostly kill missions for her - is this a trade mission?
Do I have to pay the ISK to do - so I'm pretty much only getting loyalty points? A little confused and any help would be appreciated.

Occasionally, the agents you run missions for will make you an offer to cash in your loyalty points for something. The something they offer you gets better the more loyalty points you get, up to stuff worth millions of isk.
This kind of offer comes up sometimes, but is about the worst thing you can accept if you're a newbie. He's asking you to be his drug supplier. Even if you do find some to buy somewhere, odds are customs agents will find you at a gate, confiscate the drugs, heavily fine you, and you'll take a security hit.
Basically, bad news. Just decline the offer and wait for something better.

Just to save you or others to trouble of asking: unlike missions, you do NOT take a standing hit for turning down an offer. The sooner you turn this one down the sooner you will get a new (hopefully better) one.

An example of the developer's sense of humor. Cruel as it is.

If it is only 6 units of soothsyaer, ask in local to see if any agent runners have some in the same station. I know one of my alts has a large selection of drugs, and would be happy to give them to anyone in same station.

Thanx for all the help. I don't fully understand the loyalty points yet. Havent read that part of player guide, so need to catch up on that. Everything else seems good to go except....
Drugs! Not going to get involved in them just because I'm against them. I'll decline the offer on that alone. As my sig says, "Integrity first. Money Second."
Good to know not going to take a hit for turning down the offer either. Thanx again for the info.
