Ok here's the deal.
I've been working for a lvl 4 agent for a while and I got an important/storyline mission from another agent in the same station. It¦s the transaction data delivery mission which we have all done a hundred times or so. But this time I seem to have gotten a lvl 1 variant with a +1 charisma implant and 11k isk as a reward.
So.
Players: Have any of you other mission grunts gotten this?
CCP:is it intended or a bug?
Edit: I hvae not done any lvl 1 missions for a few months |

I just did this as a lvl4 storyline mission and got a +4 mem implant and 1 Electron Blaster Cannon I as time bonus.

I got the same bugged mission tonight... I've done 16 level 4 missions then got this Important mission with few isks and +1 charisma...

same here, my last mission before patch got deleted from my journal post-patch, then my first important mission post patch was from a different agent with a level 1 reward.... quite frustrating

CCP added some diversity it seems that level 4 storylines with the implants now range potentially from +1 to (+5) yeah a corp mate got one of these was V happy
CCP simply altered the presentation in the drop tables
On a flip side it seems level 1 agents are very rarley offering +2, +3 and +4 implants

The question is :
- is it a level 1 important mission
or
- is it a level 4 important mission with level 1 reward ??
and : is the faction standing bonus will be lvl 1 or 4 ?

My guess is they re-worked the important agent slection method or something, and that perhaps they yield agent of mismatching level? Would be cool to get a dev response on this :)

I work for a lvl 4 agent and I got an important mission today to deliver 999 veld to the system next door and got a +1 mem implant.  What's up?

Last night I did a level 3 storyline mission, just needed to deliver 1000 omber to the agent, and I got a +3 charisma implant ... was quite nice considering all the latest level 4 missions I have done contained no decent loot at all...all the loot or stash bunkers seem to be empty now

as i said a level 2 and a +4 char implant
It seems that CCP have taken the tables from lv 1 to 4 (ie +1 to +5) and just put em across all the level agetns so on any particular level u can get a random one form any +1-+5 (which might benefit some noob with a +4 implant on a level one ) or gimp a level 4 runner
Could be itneresting and make prices a bit more flexible
