Me and some ingame friends are going to do an EVE version of wacky races! 16 pilots, all in expensive as **** faction ships with faction mods, starting in a low security system and attmepting to get to another low security system through EMPIRE SPACE!!!! YES!!! There will be many perils on the way.... Concorde Bounty Hunters Disgruntled EIB customers Other race entrants But.... That adds to the fun!!! The purpose is to get to the finish line by any means possible, so sabotage via webbers, scramblers, or even weapons is allowed amongst the participants!! The pilots in question invited to this exclusive race are: Bendmaster Silvius DaMiGe Shinnen Dr Kojak Watson RSA DailyHazard Deimus Chronus26 Wardog1 Number9 Skva Grant Smith Ank Myrandor Dark Lord And I, Dentara Rast will be the final participant. Make sure your sec status is below -5.0 guys!! no cheating!! Each pilot will have their ship supplied to them via my ill gotten gains, and you the public will have the opportunity to seek revenge. Of course, Im sure the betting agencies would like to take bets on this so there is every possibility you can influence the outcome of your bet!! Time and place will not be announced until the races starts, neither will the route of this event, but you can be sure that we MAY be passing through your home system!!!! I will announce the start and finish line 2 minutes before the race starts..... In the event of no finishers (which is highly likely) The winner will be determined by the guy who got the closest to the finish line! WATCH THIS SPACE!!!!! Please follow the Forum rules (see #3) when creating a signature graphic for your character -Eldo email us for questions.

vyperpit Gallente The Scope	Posted - 2006.08.25 01:39:00 - [6] well, give us a start time and make the location random! or else those that might want to watch will most definitly miss it! think about it, time and date is required, make the location random! or, NO ONE will come to hunt you down, apart from random people that just by chance happen to be there from what i hear your ment to be a pvper if a crap one, well, how longs it take to kit up? 5mins? ok then to chase someone perhaps 40j out basicly this is a crap even that no one will see, publish the time, or at lest an hour b efore eiter way, glad to see u spending the isk , but be carefull 700bill might sound a lot but at 5bil a ship it wount last long

Minutes Prior to the race beginning he will announce the start and end systems. You have to understand that not all of them are outlaws anymore.. And by the rules stated.. They must become outlaws before anything can be coordinated. So watch your butt. ^^ The first casualty of life is innocence.

I would think all of the participants would never take that risk just to have the title of 'winner.' Especially with a 'faction ship with faction mods' Also there is no prize. Why not just take the ship and run?

I have been in oursulaert and saw an outlaw in a vindicator. I personally think that they will have a bunch of interceptors waiting at the high sec gate ready to lock down and shoot the contestants as they enter, and ecm them to hell, pick up the loot, and run away with 10s of billions. Why not just take the ship and run? You get attacked by the Navy of the faction, and they are quite killable. Also with instas and some luck, you can get through, or could, before ques.
