Some of my Labs were offline at my POS, i have put them online and now, they aren't showing at all in my "science & industry" menu, so i can't use them at all
I tried the same thing with a ship assembly array that was also not used (offline) and it wasn't showing either in my "science & industry" menu once onlined
Does anyone else is having these troubles? this is at an empire POS in 0.6 sec space

I haven't personally experienced this bug, but from what I've read, downtime will fix it.

I've seen the same thing with ship and ammo assembly arrays. I put them online and they never appeared. So to test a theory we emptied out the array, put it offline, unanchored, anchored, and there it was in the list. So I brought it online to start building again. Right clicked a bp, went to assign a manufacturing slot, and nothing was in the list again... Aggravating to say the least...

before I yanked my lab down and sold it(for a profit  ) as it was more trouble than it's worth, I had where it disappeared
I yanked it down, docked at the nearest station, repacked it, and put it back up
it worked after that

Ok, after a few tests over the last 2 days, i've found the following results about this problem
A structure that was offline before the last patch will disappear from the "science & indistry" menu once onlined, the only way to get them back is to offline them, unanchor them, return to a station to repackage them, return to the POS, anchor them again and once onlined, they will be accessible through the "science & industry" menu, but don't offline them again, cause if you do, they'll disappear again even if onlined so the only way to bring them back would be to unanchor and repackage them
