For my it looks like this ship can only be used with good 'neutral' logistics and OGB support in station games. Web/Scram bonus doesn't look very big...
Or i'm completely wrong here?

It's a pretty trash ship in any scenario. A Typhoon can outperform it in almost every way
I wear my goggles at night.
Any spelling/grammatical errors come complimentary with my typing on a phone

The problem is the poor damage application against small targets since it lacks the application bonus that the trashcan has.

Was clearly talking about the Bargh. Cruise phoon is great, even if squishy as hell. Bargh surely has a purpose somewhere, but currently competition from the orthrus (same pointrange, more dps) is just to hard.

seems like with rapid heavy launchers this ship would be awesome.....guess the phoon would be pretty good in the same fit though. im training heavies 5 right now in prep for both these ships. |

Rapid Heavies. Also you can fit a surprisingly effective armor tank on these, same or even better than Navpoc. All the while having even more options for tackle and lots of prop mods. Hell, put em all on just because you can. |

It's alright, if you like to be the center of attention, for your corpmates as well as for the enemy gang.
Makes for a decent shield kiting battleship, but you will need force multipliers and possibly an unreasonable number of speed mods.
Lastly, the Barghest allows you to fulfill the naughty fantasy of putting 3 prop mods on a ship, and still make some sort of sense. |

to be fair they are faily cheap now 6-700m depending where you look,
and if you live in lowsec you will end up owning one anyway, iv found 3 of the dam things in the last month or so.

Compared to a nestor which is holding out at over a billion.
If brute force isn't working, you're just not using enough.

man....i just gave away the new FOTM.....i wouldnt go with that much faction bling though....loot pinata ftl.
i would keep the faction mids, and just t2 the lows i think.....maybe a domi overdrive or nano instead of the bcs.
little crazy to see a BS moving 4k/s...brings back the nano-phoon days.
see^^ station games are only one of this pony's tricks.

I like it alot, as others have pointed out it's extremely fast.
The large amount of utility med slots if going armor is fantastic.
