How I got it.
The proof.
From the viewpoint of my alt, ghaka. As you can see, the ship is safely packaged at a station in highsec, and i'll setup the escrow anywhere in that area, as long as it's high sec. I might even go to Jita, if you ask nicely.
In a rare act of generosity, i'm giving one lucky bidder the chance to get this beauty of a ship for a shadow of it's total cost.
Can we leave the cynicism at the door, please. If you want to bid, please post. If you don't, then don't post. 
There are 50 tickets at 20m each ticket. Maximum of 7 tickets per person. Send your ISK to *me* (Vurg), and confirm your choice of numbers here. If they are already taken, i'll give you the closest numbers to the ones you asked for.
The number will be generated from http://www.random.org/nform.html
I will provide a screenshot to prove it's validity, if people aren't sure.

I don't get your logic. If you read how I came across this thing, you'd know that there's no reason for me to try a scam for it. 
Anyway, I wouldn't want to do a scam on my main char who i've been playing for over a year now, would I?

Just use the last two digits of a stock market index or something... much easier

Now that would have been a little more intelligent, wouldn't it?
Regardless, i've recieved an offer ingame for said item, and it's been sold due to the lack of interest in this lotto. Which was probably understandable.
