I'm just wondering what ship is the one in the 4th community video from above (Gurista Border Patrol). The yellow Ammar one and I'm wondering why I see so many people using it o.o

Most amarr ships are yellow, so that narrows it down.. 
Could you post a link to the video? It was probably an Omen or a Zealot. They are popular because they are gunboats, and very nice looking ships too.

Btw, why are the amarr bships like 5 times bigger than the caldari ones?

They arent. They just look more massive. The caldari ships are more in a verticla plane and have points all over, which give the impression of smallness. The amarr ships are more of a block so they look bigger and toughter. But they do have stronger armour, so it does make sense from a design point of view. Besides the raven looks fantastic when its in full missile firing mode.

But I looked at the diagram from wikipedia and every factions bships are atleast 3 times larger than the caldari ones.

Amarr BS are longer, caldari are taller and wider. It's a design thing most Caldari aren't too happy with, seems it will be changed a bit when the Rokh comes out.

The Caldari are more efficient than the other races. We don't need size to demonstrate power.

there a bit wider, but there not as wide as the apoc is long... there pretty well smaller in all ways..

It's even more insane when one compares a mach to a scorp. The scorp is only a little bit taller, but maybe 1/8th the length.

Could you please tell me where this type of information could be read? Are they going to make the caldari ships more symmetrical as well?

Not quite.
You'll notice the Brutix, a battlecruiser massing only 11.5% that of the scorpion, is longer, almost as tall, and nearly as wide.
And my domi masses 91% of the scorp, but is larger in all three dimensions, significantly so in some.
Simply put, the caldari ship models are small. Unusually so.
