Hey ends,
didn't happen to me, happened to a corpmate. One second he was flying his indy, the next he was in a pod. When he asked in local why they shot him, they said he was a known pirate.
He sent off a complaint to the CFS, and Edward got back to him asking for details. Corpmate supplied the names of the people involved and where this happened. Edward told him he would look into it, and we haven't heard from him since.
Personally, I don't care about the ship or what it was carrying, I'd just like to know why he was shot with no warning, and when told it was being looked into, we haven't heard anything since. If they'd just shut up about it and carried on with what they we're doing I wouldn't be asking about it, but I keep seeing posts about how you try to keep the region safe and pay for your mistakes etc., but I have yeat to hear anyone from CFS talk to me about this incident.

If the Shinra indy killed was Dirus then I have no problem with it, since she's been on the KOS list before she ever joined Shinra, and kept raiding into Khanid and the fix after she joined.

PLEASE READ ALL CFS CHAPS & CHAPESSES!
Number 6 on your KOS list is ENIG ticker. This is presumably the ticker for a corp called "Enigma Corp". This corp has nothing to do with "Enigma INC" of which l'm a member! I have a lot of respect for the CFS, so don't go getting get all confused and start on us, I would hate to have to pod all of you...

A limited few of Curse alliance pirate corps such as Sinister, Red Corsairs and Shinra sent in small 1-5 people raiding parties into CFS space yesterday and they killed solo ships randomly.
The main reason for this being that CFS will not accept a NAP with all of CA.
Most of CA has always been welcome in CFS space due to our open space policy and a NAP would only assure that known previous and current piratecorps would roam free here.
CFS will NOT back down to piracy or allow it within our borders. I congratulate the kills these acts of piracy have brought so far but wish to point out, we are now aware.
What the hell that means is of course for you to find out, see you in a bit loggers/runners/indyattackers...

There is a whole lot of talk on here but nobody seems to have the balls to act. You talk about KOS lists and who shot who. Is it not about time the two top dogs banged heads and set up a battle to end all battles then see who stands at the end????

Funny thing is, this isn't our KOS list. there are some corps on here that shoudn't be, and some that are missing.

Ive been away for a few days and come back and find my Corp on another KOS list , is this the fashionable thing to do now ? 
And CFS's one at that , just after I spent an hour getting to grips with there alliance list to update my NAP list. What changed here ? Did they get cold feet ? did they back stab like those cowards in the CC ?
Im a nice guy , ask anyone , but hey as a Minmatar Im used to hostile attitudes of others. EVE against CA I see , well I always favoured the underdog
So HMV consider Andy Williams and Dean Martin to be "easy listening" do they? Tell that to my mate Dave, he's been deaf for 20 years.

What i find most amusing every time the notorious pirates of EVE get into a mass conflict is the following...
-Every time there is a conflict, the pirate alliance claim to have destroyed upto 40 ships of the nme forcess before the conflict even begins...hats off, nice job ;)
-Every time there is a conflict, the pirate alliance are convinved that they are winning rediculously to an absolute sertainty.
-Every time there is a conflict, the pirate alliance claim mass destruction number of the nme force shooting their own pilots.
Everyone remember the old venal alliance? They were wining...oh yes without a shadow of a doubt they were! They had destroyed numerous ships in mere houres and the FA and uprising in Venal would be dead before dawn..oh yes absolutly.
I ask...
Where is the old venal now? Where are all the pirates of the old venal now?
The answer is...they are in curse mining bistot like a bunch of royd lickers to make up for all the ships they lost! AND STILL...you insist that you are wining each and every war you put yourselves in and proceed to infiltrade channel of the oposing alliance to continuesly rage your propaganda upon badly informed ears.
What is your problem with propaganda?? seriously, you just cannot get enough of it, it seems. Ive witnessed it in the CFS channels last night and no doubt i will witness much more of this throughout this endavour.
The facts..
Yes ships were destroyed in CFS space.
Who were they?
Well at first there was a bunch of freighters wich were destroyed by the pirate alliance (natural incentive to kill indies).
You also destroyed alot of hunters who were doing some rat chaining in JK-FIX. Some miners.
And there was also 1 CFS combat ship destroyed....By a CFS pilot. Yes a mistake was made and it has been rectified!
From my reports there were also a number of CA ships destroyed but i wont say this with sertainty because i dont have all the intel yet to confirm this.
What actually hapened was a scatter. CFS forcess arrived to meet the pirate threat and the pirates scattered to, as tradition insist, run and hide in 0.0 space. Pirates are infinitly talented in hiding at moons and middle of space and running faster then anyone can. Like roaches when the lights go on.
As for the indy of CA that was destroyed. So what? Any indy that passes through khanid wich is owned by a CA corp will meet the same faith. There are no inocents in CA and all will meet their doom. Its simple as that. All pk's get killed in khanid. Doesnt matter if you attacked CFS ships or any other ships in khanid prior. ALL pk's get smoked in khanid...i say again ALL pk's get smoked in khanid...
Now for those who really really dont get and are really really thick headed...
If you are an EVE played...and you have in the past killed industrials or other players to steal their cargo and the results where a sechit and a bounty...YOU GET KILLED IN KHANID!
If you are an EVE player who has been killing several indies and pilot in NOMATTER WHAT part of space and have in so doing been reported as a known pirate of a know pirate corp you WILL be killed upon entering CFs space.
Does it matter wich ship you are in? NO! battleship, cruiser, shuttle, frigate, indy....We dont give a rats ass. We are here to insure you get whats coming to you end of story...
so please spare me the 'an inocent indy was killed' njehnjeh blahbleh.

It's time for Eris to get a clue. CCP should make a statement about this.
It's the exact same things as what Zombie did, you may not attack in "safe-areas" (empire/within sentry range) without loosing your ship.
