FHP, you've always been someone people have had mixed feelings about. While you sometimes have a strong commitment to the warzone, perhaps an unhealthy one, you've also caused more trouble than anyone else I know with that gaping mouth of yours.
That's great that you've spoken to CSM, I'm pretty sure that doesn't make you the chosen spokesperson for militia, however. Were you elected to CSM?
And no you're not setting rules for militia, but if you think you are, who is listening to you?
You seem to have a lot in common with Lord Vaari. Are you two related?

3# could only happen on a gate or undock and you are right it is not always possible to do that in the heat of battle that's why there is #2.

It's not like I care that much about these awards, and I find the title "Loyal Servant" to be deeply condescending, but since I can't elect a current member of the PIE alliance, the person who I think best fits the critera of that award can't be a nominee.
Oh well.

1 and 2 don't counteract each other. They are, quite simply, "Do not awox. If you do awox (no reason stated, but could include for example accidental friendly fire as a result of overview failings) then you should reimburse."

There is no "if" written in the original document, but if you want to write one in then maybe you should tell the author. The wording is terrible and ideas are half-baked.
If you like them and wish to follow them, be my guest. I will say though that if someone was recently employed in the Amarr militia that means nothing. They could've been there for ISK, or to spy, or to move materials under your nose. You simply don't know and won't know with an employment history.

I'm not only saying that because I'm proud of having the Amarrian Loyalist of the Year in [SFRIM], but because she made herself quite deserving of this honor, recognizing her constant service for God and Greater Amarr. As for me. I am deeply humbled and offer my thanks. Service, however, is also its own reward. I like to congratulate the winners of these Awards, both have earned this through their actions across the year.
Lady Lunarisse Aspenstar showed the Empire in a more positive light through her various social events. Through this, she showed the Empire can be flexible & open-minded towards others, as long as the Empire's Faith & Traditions are treated with respect.
While I am not familiar with Stalking Mantis, his achievements of this year speak for themselves and he certainly earned the reward as well!
As for me, I like to thank all those who supported me & nominated me for the Loyal Servant of the Year award. The inclusion of my name on the Shortlist is a great honour for me, as I did not expect this. I see it as a reward for my efforts to bring positive & respectful journalism to the capsuleer community at large through Aurora News
I like to thank PIE High Command for including me on their shortlist, as their decision displays an open-mindedness not often associated with them, considering some of my article subjects.
