Hi
Does anybody have a setup for doing level 3 missions in a Harpy, which has been tested to work on all missions?
I lost a harpy on an easy level 3, so I must be doing something wrong. _____________________________________________________

If you're fighting guristas you should be fine.
I don't have a specific setup but I've been doing tribe lvl 3s in a crusader. ----

Flew level 3s in my Harpy for many months while I trained up command ships. Lost one only once to the pre-nerf Tech Secrets 3/3 mission and even then it was my own fault more than anything.
The setup I used was...
High: 4x tech II 150 rails
Med: 1x Gistii SB (tech II SB works fine if you don't have the isk), 1x Dread Guristas magnetic scattering amplifier (again, tech II EM works just as good), 1x True Sansha stasis webber (normal webber if not much iskies) and a Gistii AB (tech II AB)
Low: 1x Local hull overdrive and 1x tech II mag stab
Should be able to handle any level 3 and they're fun to fly. I haven't had a chance to try out the new Mordus Headhunters mission that people are saying is pretty rough so take care on that one until you know what to expect but anything else should be doable.

why use 150mm's? its been proven that 125's are superior to 150's in everything except range

125mm only have better tracking and lower fitting vs the 150mm, if he has a web I cant think tracking would be an issue and if he can fit them why not?

125mm are better DPS than 150mm actually, and take less cap to shoot, and are easier to fit, they just have less range, but more tracking, why fit 150mm if 125mm get the job done better, cheaper and for less cap?

Thanks for the setup! I will try that out tomorrow. _____________________________________________________

Here is my "tried and true" lvl 3 setup that has gotten me through hundreds of lvl 3 missions.
High: 4x 125mm Railgun IIs 1x Arbalest Standard Launcher
Medium: Gistii 1mn Afterburner Gistii Small Shield Booster Dread Gurista EM Shield Hardener Cap Recharger II
Low: Mag Stab II Power Diag II (or another Mag Stab II)
Of course the faction gear isn't necessary, but it does give you that extra advantage. If you don't have the isk for all of it, at least get the Gistii shield booster though, it makes all the difference.
I can easily solo any lvl3 mission with this setup. I should also mention, that while my setup is expensive, It has been pretty much the same for the last 6+ months and I've never lost this ship since I got the Gistii (back whey they only ran for 45m or so). So I justify the expense by thinking of how many replacement Harpies I've saved myself.
